I know I’m weirdly obsessed with photos of my kids but, why not!? They are the most amazing things on earth to me. I want to capture every stage, every glimmer, every bit of them, at that moment. The moments pass and they grow up so quickly. So call me crazy (all my friends do) but I’m going to capture the memories in frames and live in the present with them while chronicling the past that I will cherish when I’m old and forgetful. After all, what is more magnificent in life than having children and watching them grow? Days turn into weeks that turn into months that quickly before we know it turn into years. I’m grateful to live this life with these amazing little humans.
On our recent Vacation to Austin we were lucky enough to meet up with Sally Kate Photography in Round Rock, Texas for wildflower photos. What a beautiful experience. A new place with a fresh vibe and the most amazing scenery. I’m hooked. The spring flowers bloomed a little early in Texas this year but we were lucky enough to find them in Old Settlers Park. Traveling and experiencing new things together as a family is so incredibly important to us. I’m excited to choose our summer vacation spot and have photos taken somewhere new and unexpected.
